Concrete Work

We handle a wide range of concrete projects including driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, stamped and decorative concrete, and concrete repairs or resurfacing. If you have a concrete need, chances are we can help.

Timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. A standard driveway or patio typically takes 1–3 days for the pour, plus curing time. We will give you a realistic schedule during the estimate so you know exactly what to expect.

Concrete reaches initial set within 24–48 hours, but we recommend waiting at least 7 days before light foot traffic and 28 days before heavy vehicle use. We will walk you through the proper care instructions for your specific project.

Decks

We build decks using pressure-treated wood, cedar, and composite decking materials. Each has its own advantages in terms of cost, maintenance, and longevity. We will help you choose the right material for your budget and lifestyle.

In most Florida municipalities, a permit is required for new deck construction. We handle the permitting process as part of our service so you do not have to worry about navigating local building codes on your own.

In most cases, yes. Venetian plaster can be applied over drywall, plaster, or other smooth surfaces that are in good condition. We will assess your walls during the estimate and let you know if any prep work is needed first.

Venetian plaster is very durable and low-maintenance. Simply wipe with a damp cloth for routine cleaning. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. With proper care, a Venetian plaster finish can last for decades.

Our land clearing services include brush and vegetation removal, tree clearing and stump grinding, site grading and leveling, and debris hauling and disposal. We prepare your property for construction, landscaping, or any other intended use.

A French drain is a gravel-filled trench with a perforated pipe that redirects surface and groundwater away from problem areas. If you notice standing water in your yard, water pooling near your foundation, or soggy areas that never fully dry out, a French drain may be the right solution.

Most residential French drain installations are completed in one to two days depending on the length of the system and site conditions. We will give you a specific timeline during the estimate.
